FUTURE PRODUCTIONS
2nd & 3rd September 2010
On Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd September 2010, Blairgowrie Players will be performing TABLE MANNERS by Alan Ayckbourn at the Town Hall. This is a full length play, first performed in 1973. It is the first in a trilogy of plays entitled THE NORMAN CONQUESTS, taking place over the same weekend, in different areas of a house but involving the same characters.
Table Manners is set in the dining room. It details the amorous exploits of Norman, an assistant librarian, whose only aim is to make the women in his life happy, with hilarious consequences, but it is also poignant in the portrayal of the relationships between the six characters involved.
